Was yet another good turnout for the family orientated ride around the Brownlow trail system. Was great to see the next generation of mountain bikers getting out and feeling the dirt under their wheels. Don't forget the Family Night Ride taking place on Friday August 12th as well. Details on this next ride and others can be found on the event calendar.

Wolverton Trail Ever Closer to Completion
Many thanks to the 17 people who turned out to volunteer for the trail work today. Good progress was made on a section that turned out to be particularly stubborn. Many rocks and root balls had to be removed but over a tenth of a mile was added despite the difficulty. That leaves about 3/4 of a mile until this new piece of critical singletrack is completed. Looks very possible that it will be all tied in before the Wonderschluatt Festival which will add a few more miles of singletrack to the Wonderschluatt Epic proposed for Saturday's main event.
With the help of the Over the Hill Gang's efforts, it's possible PMBA may need to organize just one more day to help finish of this new section of the Circle Trail which will allow efforts to move to the next section... a reroute of T299 or Watershed starting across from the end of T396 at Senator.

Grateful to Lowes for Tool Donation
PMBA has been working with the Lowes located just of HWY69 in an effort to obtain tools for local trail building and maintenance projects and they came through in a big way!
So far Lowes has donated hard hats, shovels, pick axes, long handle trimmers and several Pulaski tools.
Many thanks to Lowes for this contribution. We have already begun putting the tools to good use!

Big Thanks to the Volunteer Bartenders!!
Thanks to all who came out and volunteered at the rodeo today - it was a whole lot of fun again this year!
Through our cheery smiles and strong service we were able to raise an additional $500 towards PMBA funds allowing us to be able to work even harder an increase awareness of the mountain bike community in the Prescott area and continue to work towards improving existing trails as well as plan for additional options.
It took volunteers willing to put their time in for the greater reward and for that we express our gratitude!!
