Prescott Chaparral Endurance Horse Ride – April 21-23
PRESCOTT, AZ (April 20, 2012) – Prescott Chaparral will be hosting an Endurance Horse Ride on the Prescott National Forest April 21-23. In the interest of safety the public is asked to avoid the following trails between 7:00am and 3:00pm each day:
- On April 21st the ride will be using Tonto, Contreras and Doce Pit Roads as well as trails 621, 619, 620 and the west Spruce Trail #264.
- On April 22nd, the ride will be using 4x4 roads west of Tonto Road.
- On April 23 Trails 40, 329, 346, 347, 348, 349, 351, and 353 located in the Granite Basin Recreation Area will be used by riders.
Ribbons will be used to mark the trails for Ride Participants, so please leave ribbons in place and respect all signage.
