Notice regarding wet and muddy trails

Message from Jason Williams, Wilderness & Trails Manager, PNF, to user groups:

Please be aware that bicycle wheels, horse hooves, and even boots will damage wet and muddy trails. Do not use a trail if you will cause damage to the tread. Forest roads are a good alternative to get outdoors while the trails are drying out.

  1. Yes this includes 305. In 9 years I have never seen the lower section so rutted out!

  2. Pioneer Park area seems to dry out first. Nothing real exciting out there but if you haven't ridden that area in the past few years you might be pleasantly surprised at some of the new singletrack.
